We had them come to an event. They didn’t want my child to touch their precious «sweets» before paying. They were not friendly at all.
We finally bought a cake pop b/c my daughter wanted one. When I opened the plastic, it immediately fell apart. I told them, expecting that they would surely exchange it for another, but instead they said we should open the [already opened] wrapped-up pop at home.
The cake pops are okay, but the poor customer service left a bitter taste in my mouth.
