I went to the Cary location. I was told they could do pediatric blood draws. Horrible experience. My child (5) was never spoken to directly except to guilt him that someone else was waiting (which was a few minutes at most and we’d waited over 10 to get to blood draw). Staff left the room and I had to ask her to come back, the dragging it out made it worse. He was traumatized by the experience and I was outraged. Never even got the blood draw. Unprofessional and unhelpful. Staff was only one person, second person left shortly after we arrived. Pediatric draws need a second staff to assist. No effort to take charge and make it a positive, less scary experience. Totally not kid friendly. Staff didn’t seem invested at all in helping make it work. They have no business drawing blood for children. Would never go back.
