Southern Class Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

My wife asked me to post her disappointment with Southern Class Carpet Cleaning.
We had previously used Zerorez, and while we expected traditional carpet cleaning to leave some dampness and residue, we were a bit taken aback by how wet it was after cleaning. We were told it would be «dry in about 4 hours». The reality was that we ran two box fans throughout the lower level of our house for three days and nights to get it dry enough for an upcoming event.
The carpet was noticeably cleaner, but there were areas where the sweeper did not overlap their stroke. This left narrow triangles where the original uncleaned carpet remained visible. These were not everywhere, but there were at least two per room and typically 2 feet long or so. Kind of sloppy.
We will not be calling Southern Class again. I gave them 2 stars because they could improve these aspects with better focus and properly setting expectations. They were not the worst ever.
