You know you’re having a bad weekend when you’re iphone 5c(less than a year old and of course, uninsured because you were too cheap/poor to get the additional monthly fee added to your bill) simply dies out of nowhere. You then go to the Apple Store only for them to tell you that they can’t even look at it because it has«third party hardware on it.»(i.e.: I shattered the screen awhile back after taking a nasty fall down a flight of stairs and had the screen replaced elsewhere) The next day your only other option was to go to your wireless carrier, Sprint; because you simply needed a working phone. I was only 4 short days away from getting an upgrade and was expecting that I would have to pay off my current(dead) phone and buy a new one. I was more than surprised that when I went into Sprint, they were not only going to waive the $ 273.89 I still owed on my broken phone, but also bumped my upgrade up to the current day. Not only did that happen, but Tameka, the wonderful sales associate who helped me through the process was genuine, kind, and had me in and out of that store with a brand new phone within an hour. I have never had an exceptional experience at a cell phone carrier/store until today. Not only does Sprint have great rates, their customer service is superior to any other carrier I have worked with in the past.
