They usually get my drink order right. Friendly enough staff. They are quick with your order whether you walk-in or drive-thru.

I almost never come to this area but this store is AWESOME! I have had to make a few pit stops at Capital and these guys are really fast. The store has an odd lay yet the baristas notice every customer that walks in. The smile and say hello! Honestly they are very genuine and actually chat with customers. I jumped at the end of a long line this Saturday and I barley noticed my wait time. You get a «vibe» when you visit a Starbucks and Capital is very inviting. The DT line is scary but go inside the baristas are really nice and their accuracy is on point!

I come here everyday when I drop my bf off st work, and these people are so sweet. I’ve never had someone I didn’t like here. Everyone is nice and treat you like they’ve known you forever once you are a regular. They are never slow and are always friendly!

I waited in the drive through for 27 minutes today. I was the fourth car in line and you can’t easily get out of line. They said their machines«weren’t working right.» The location of this Starbucks is Great. However, in addition the long wait occasionally(today is the longest yet), the Chai Tea Latte is almost always Sooo watered down, more than any other Chai Latte I order at the other Starbucks I frequent. Today’s was free due to the wait. However, what they gave me ended up being an Oprah chai latte even though they asked me which I wanted and I said regular. Terrible experience today. Less than great most other days. Please improve this location. I’m emailing Starbucks, too, to be thorough.

Grande Extra Hot White Peppermint Mocha. This gets me every time. I love coffee and the flavor of this drink is rich. I funny to me how it has become my go to drink. I love me some coffee!!!

The drive-through took forever and there was only one car in front of us. The guy working the cash register couldn’t figure out how to refill my Starbucks card with my credit card and that took a very long time too. When we finally got our drinks I asked him three times if it was exactly what we ordered and he said it was but I had a feeling that he did not know. And we drove off and both drinks were wrong.

You know, given the amount of times I’ve come here, you’d think they’d start to recognize me. Or at least greet me in a slightly more friendly manner than«what can I get you?» But hey! It’s Starbucks. I didn’t come here for their fantastic service(of which they have none), I came here for the overpriced caffeinated drinks. I only, and I repeat, ONLY, come here out of necessity. Once I overcome my caffeine addiction, BUHBYE! PS: They are also terrible at listening, so make sure you repeat your order numerous times because there mos def will be mistakes.

My husband and I stopped before driving an hour back home, we used our gold card in the drive-thru and the guy was kind enough to split the drinks up(for stars) even though it would take longer. He kindly explained why they normally don’t do it but did it for us anyway. Great customer service! :)

Gave a sweetened drink without asking. Not a healthy practice. After fighting the traffic to return it and gently explaining the problem there wasn’t so much as a whisper of an apology. Just indifference. Great way to lose business.

This location was rather out of the norm. I do like that they were all decorative and the employees were nice enough to replace my coffee with another after I tried something they said was selling like crazy(eggnog latte, what was I thinking?) If there are two things you don’t mix, it’s eggnog and coffee folks. Very busy this location is. Parking is a little difficult at certain times considering that this is right in the middle of the madness of Capital Blvd and in a shopping center with lots of businesses in it. Outdoor seating is not really outdoor considering that there is only 2 tables with a few chairs and no real space.

They are always quick and friendly. The coffee is pretty standard. The only real variation in Starbucks locations is the staff and how well they handle customer alterations. I’ve never had a problem here. It is in a convenient location and is a great place to hunker down and study.

I don’t know that I’ve ever written a review for a Starbucks, because what is there to review? But now I’ve gone and written two within two weeks. Well, I had to for this location. It is in an awfully difficult spot to get in and out of from Capital Boulevard, and we spent over 20+ minutes in the drive-thru(and another 10 minutes to get in and out of the parking lot) just to wind up with an improperly-made drink. I won’t be back.

I do love a Starbucks, however, this one on Capital near Trawick is not fun. Sometimes when traffic is really bad coming from Wake Forest, I will take a different route which led me to this locale. I had frequented this Starbucks a few years ago when I worked up the street and it was not the best location then so I figured I would give it a try hoping that it would be different. Not so much. The staff are VERY rushed. I know they are busy but other ‘bucks are able to make it OK without having to seem frustrated. They also almost always used to mess up my order, this time was no different. After I waited for about 10 minutes in line, then another 5 – 7 minutes waiting for my coffee, I tasted it and it was bad. Not sure if they didn’t know how to make a skim, no whip, white mocha or if it was just something else all together but I let them know that I thought it was wrong and I got a quick I’m sorry and a new one after waiting another 5 minutes. I won’t be wasting my time with this one again unless it is 2pm in the afternoon when I know they won’t be rushed. Then again, I probably won’t be needing a coffee at that time.

I never thought i’d go somewhere often enough that they would learn my name, but alas it seems I have! Every time I come in(drive thru or walk-in) the baristas greet me and ask for my order. I have no clue how they remember me out of everyone else, but it’s a nice little welcome on those early mornings I have to go into work. Most of my drinks are made very well, and only on one or two occasions I have to send something back(and on both of those occasions I was given a free coffee voucher as an apology along with my corrected drink). Everyone here seems very good at their jobs, and very professional without seeming stuffy or pretentious! The one thing to watch out for though is it gets VERY crowded here in the mornings and if you go through the drive thru you are liable to get stuck in a one way line of cars for more than 20 minutes. Don’t go through the drive thru with only 5 minutes until you need to be at work. I’ve learned that the hard way. All in all great coffee fast! I can’t help but to love it!

Despite it’s incredibly crummy location I do declare this is my favorite Starbucks in town. Normally, I’m not a huge fan of Starbucks but their friendly staff and proximity to 440 keep me coming back for more. I feel like everytime I go through the drive thru I make a new friend of the crew!

This Starbucks definitely has great presence in a shabby part of Capital Blvd. Its next to an IHOP, Gamestop, and Marina store. Never the less, it still was a great place to sit and relax during the holiday rush in December. The staff were friendly and the place clean and quite. I’m a fan!
