I would love to give this place 5 stars because it’s so close to my house, and a great place to stop in a hurry! However, on multiple occasions over the past year and a half, the customer service at this establishment has been seriously, seriously lacking. I have always come in with a happy and polite attitude, and received bad attitudes and strange looks during many of my experiences. Though I will still come to this restaurant, now it’s mostly out of necessity rather than excitement unfortunately due to bad attitudes of a select few employees.

Good luck with the staff speaking or understanding English. For the 3 times we have been to this Subway, they have somehow given our subs to the wrong people and we would receive their subs on accident. They have had to remake our subs quite a few times just for them to hand them to the wrong people… again. I just don’t think they get it here. I mean Subway is good and all but definitely not worth it at this location.

Ugh. I can only vouch for the drive thru service, but that alone is enough to never get me back to this location(especially when there are so many other Subway chains in the area!) I specifically asked for a cold cut, with lettuce, spinach, onion, mayo, and mustard. What’d I get? A meatball sub with those toppings. I don’t understand how they could mess this up — especially when I repeated it twice but… Okay. My suggestion for them is to upgrade their drive thru to have a screen that says your order like most other places these days… That way, I won’t have to drive all the way home and realize I have the wrong thing. Wont be back, especially since the staff is rude and uninviting

Today I decided to stop at Subway. This time I wanted to try something different like the Meatball Sub. Jared would have been disappointed because there is a huge language barrier understanding the counter staff. Others in line seemed a bit confused as to what was being said. Other customers were showing frustration at orders being immediately messed up(which means higher food costs due to waste). But… wait. they make that up by overcharging. The sign for a Meatball and Pepperoni footlong sub was $ 6.25. Instead, they charged me and others an extra dollar for adding Pepperoni(which the menu said was already included). Again, the language barrier came to play when trying to explain that I was overcharged. Other customers were pretty upset and mentioned calling customer service instead. I had to explain my order several times but staff seemed not to grasp the english language. As for the quality of food it was horrible. I am still trying to understand why the bread was soggy and LOTS of sauce but hardly any meatballs or pepperoni? Even people from the drive-thru came indoors to complain about wrong orders. Perhaps just a bad day at this particular location? A previous visit back nearly a year ago yielded the same poor service. I would recommend perhaps another Subway in the Raleigh area if you are a Subway fan.

I went through the drive-thru again, DAMN!, during the busy lunch hours. The bread was dried out! Ask for their freshest batch if you go here. They f’d up my order again too so have them read back the ingredients after you order. They have a serious disability with processing drive-thru orders. I guess that’s my punishment of being too lazy or rushed to actually walk in.
