Is there a ZERO star rating??? This guy flaked on me 2 times… the second time he just didnt show up… this was after I rearranged my schedule. VERY unprofessional.

I called Sun Escape Window Films and got an appointment scheduled within 3 business days. The President of the company, Jonathan Wiggs, phoned me the night before the appt. To confirm. They arrived promptly(they came to my garage) and applied the tint, cleaned up, we’re respectful and professional. Jonathan did a QA review with me insuring I was satisfied. This was so easy and fast(about 2 hours) and I was able to work from home while they did it. I recommend them on all counts. I support hard working smart young business men and women in my community and encourage others to as well.

I don’t know what happend with reviewer Lindy, but I had a totally different experience. I couldn’t be happier with the installation or customer service. They did a wonderful job on all the windows at our lake house. Jonathan and his employees were professional, conscientious, and a pleasure to be around. I will highly reccomended to all my friends!

I would write a 2 star review because they did a decent job on my car windows, but their customer service is extremely sub-par. I called on Thursday 8⁄22 to see if I could have my car windows tinted on Saturday morning, and they advised me that«ohhh we don’t usually work on Saturday», yet their Unilocal ad said they’re open 8 – 6 Mon-Sat. I got on their website and submitted a comment in their contact box to tell them that their phone rep was telling potential customers that they don’t work on Saturday, though their website says they do. I quickly got a call back from the owner, Jonathan, who said he was extremely sorry and would come to my house Saturday to tint my windows. I said I had breakfast plans but would be available around 11 or 12, and he said 9am or he can’t do it. So I switched my plans for noon since their service would take roughly 2 hours to tint all windows on my Honda Crosstour. So on Saturday morning at 9:00am, no sign of Jonathan. I called him, and he said they were running behind and would be there in 15 minutes. Still no sign of him at 10:30, so I called him again and he said they were 10 minutes away. They finally showed up and I wanted assurance that they would tint them to the legal limit on both front and back. They finished at 1pm(so I missed my noon plans that I had rescheduled from 9am to noon) and I paid them $ 200 per their Unilocal ad. He advised to not roll the windows down for 3 days and to not clean them for 30 days. As the days go by, I notice more & more bubbles in the tint. I didn’t roll the windows down for 5 days(per the product insert card they gave me) and I still haven’t cleaned them. I also want to double-check to make sure they’re legal, so I called hem and left a voicemail for them to call me back. This went on for a month, and I called them more than 10 times and left 5+ voicemails from 2 different phone numbers. They still didn’t call me back! So today, I called them from my office phone, and they answered. I asked them if the tint was legal & they said yes, and I told them about the bubbles & they said those would work themselves out. I then asked why they screen my calls and he had no good excuse but«we haven’t received any call or voicemail from this 319 number». Good one, guys! I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know about the horrible service I received here. I’ll be certain to file a Better Business Bureau complaint too and log this on Angie’s list. I’m appalled! :(

Called to get a quote and within 2 hours Jonathan was at my house and not only quoted me but did the job right then. Excellent product and service.
