I’ve used Jeb’s services twice and don’t plan to go anywhere else. He’s very knowledgeable and takes care of your bike like it was his own. When I heard about his business I went there to save a few bucks on a valve adjustment, now I’m going back because I trust him and the service is the best I’ve gotten anywhere. This is the place for your motorcycle repairs. I have been bringing my motocross bikes here for years and Jeb has never missed a beat. This really is a little known gem you only hear about through word of mouth. Brilliant work and great prices make this shop second to none. Forget the dealer call Jeb you won’t be disappointed.

Incredible service and experience at Tapped Out Cycles! Jeb is extremely thorough, and it’s very apparent that he actually cares about your bike and its maintenance! Yet, somehow his prices are better than anywhere around Raleigh-Durham! I’m really glad to have found this shop and highly recommend it to everyone!

I was not sure what was wrong with my bike, but Jeb was very honest and did not charge me an arm and a leg for all kinds of diagnostics I did not need. He said that it would take a week to get my bike done(I could tell he was busy by all the various things waiting on repair), but he had it ready in less than 2 days! Jeb was very knowledgeable and helpful and gave great advice that was easily understandable to this novice rider.

Excellent experience at Tapped Out. Jeb is truly a great guy to deal with; genuine, honest, and nice. Took my vintage Honda CB to him and, with his diagnosis and work, it is now running great. I am new to the hobby, so, it is great to find an honest person to do business with without the fear of being ripped off. He took the time to explain what was wrong and what he did to address the problems. He has worked on my bike twice. The second time was a little unexpected and, at first, he was unsure as to what the issue was. When I dropped the bike off, he was working on a other project, but, took the time to welcome me and he immediately went to work diagnosing the issue and seemed genuinely interested in figuring out the problem as if it were his own bike. I will absolutely go back… I just hope I won’t have to for a bit at least.
