I’ve been using tech wizards for years, and I have had nothing but TOP Notch customer service. Prompt support and some of the best technical consultation — whenever it’s upgrade time. Every tech I have spoken to has been extremely knowledgeable and precise in their work.
Last time I took my computer to best buy they said it would be up to 2 weeks for my service to be completed! Tech Wizards had it done within 3 days… At a much more fair price.
I recommend anyone to seek the help of tech wizards in the event of a virus or a computer crash. We even had them come out to our company and they helped integrate new technologies into our small but growing business!

I had Tech Wizards look at a computer that I’ve been having problems with for a while; they were recommended to me by a friend. I got the feeling that the technician decided when he first started up the computer that my hard drive was about to fail and spent the next two days looking for evidence to support that hypothesis rather than the real cause of the problem. He didn’t seem particularly interested in information I was trying to provide him about the problem, including the fact that the computer had been exhibiting the same behavior for about two years, but the hard drive had never failed. I paid $ 100 for this service and when I got the computer back not only was it not working any better but I couldn’t get the sound to work. Will not be patronizing this business again.
