This restaurant keeps getting better and better! We actually ate here Friday night and we weren’t going to a show. We just happened to be in the area and thought why not? Great news for those who like to dine outside… they have opened a patio area! For those that prefer inside, they seemed to have lightened it up, so it’s not quite as dark downstairs as it used to be. Also, two things I mentioned in my last review have now changed… they now offer some better wine options besides the house wines, although sadly overpriced…$ 10 for Kendall-Jackson? I can see $ 8, but not $ 10. Kudos though for offering more choices. And they now offer a smaller wing plate instead of just a giant platter. That being said, I had to go with one of my faves, the Asian Salmon Burger, although instead of fries I opted to up-charge for two bucks to get some really yummy fresh veggies… zucchini & spinach. All terrific! Husband(surprisingly) went with a salad. They now have a Bacon Caesar, of which he added grilled chicken to. He thought it was great. Loved the grilled flavor on the chicken and well, the bacon speaks for itself. Service was just fine. They are now making announcements for folks going to the show when to get up and go upstairs. Which meant it sure cleared out fast while we were there.

My guest and I had dinner here in advance of the comedy show upstairs at Goodnights. One advantage of dining here before a show is you are not only notified when seating for the show is about to begin, but your seats become reserved seats and you are put into a different line to enter the show. I ordered the Bulls-Eye Burger(fried egg, pepper jack cheese, applewood smoked bacon, thousand island dressing, lettuce, tomato, onion on a brioche bun) with fries. Great taste, large burger! Sever was average in the performance of her duties, not particularly friendly. Food was delivered in a reasonable time. The Factory is usually open for lunch, but is temporarily closed at lunch due to construction outside.
