The best thing Marq has going for it is — far and away — location. The hilltop location feels luxurious, while the access to major highways (to Raleigh and the surrounding cities) is super-​convenient. The staff is courteous and prompt and works with you to find a solution to all problems, big and small, and the units are spacious and airy.

Best apartments I have lived in. The property is just a couple of years old. Very modern with many amenities. The staff are amazing and very accommodating. Service requests are done with in a day. I enjoy the views and chill vibe of this property as its set a top of the hill behind crabtree valley mall. This is a nice change from those that have opted to live in the hectic environment off of Six Forks rd. Best fitness center I have ever seen in an apartment complex. I like that we can have access to the clubhouse and business center 24⁄7. Luxry living at its finest!
