I have used them for two years for my eye exams and ordering contacts, so this review speaks to a number of interactions over this time period. More often than not, the staff is ill informed and rude, both on the phone and in person, You may very well get transferred to several people each time you call, experience long wait times, and be promised a call back that you do not receive. Finally, it’s surprising how poorly coordinated they are with their doctor’s office right next door. Larry seems to be the only one who knows what’s going on and has a customer service attitude, so try to deal with him if you are able.

I get my contacts from here mainly because it is right next to my eye doctor. I tend to go elsewhere for glasses because I have not been very impressed with their selection. The service here is good, not extremely excellent, and it can be very busy at times. Overall, could be worse but has room for improvement.
