I’ve been living here for about 9 months now and I don’t have any complaints. Maintenance is always quick to respond to your needs and the people in the office are always super nice. The ONLY thing I have to complain about is the spiders. I’m not sure if other buildings have this issue but I live right on Lake Lynn on the 3rd floor and on my back deck I had a REALLY bad spider issue during the summer. So, I called the office and they had someone come out and kill them the next Wednesday. But, they didn’t take care of the spiders in the walk ways and the staircase. They aren’t extremely bad but they do get big and tend to hang out in the most inconvenient places. They have someone cleaning up the leaves and the webs now so it’s gotten a lot better! With that being said, I do live near a lot of trees and next to a lake so spiders are kinda a given. I haven’t had any bug issues inside my apartment, thankfully. Overall, this is a good apartment that’s located in a good area and is very clean. Also, they are currently going thought a renovation on a lot of apartments so it’s definitely getting the face lift it needs!

I am so happy that we chose an apartment at The Reserve as our new home in Raleigh! From the beginning, the office staff made the process of moving here very easy and stress free. Our unit was well cleaned and in good condition when we moved in. The grounds and facilities are well kept. The on-site maintenance staff is helpful and they always take care of maintenance requests the same day that they are submitted. It is located 25 — 30 minutes from downtown Raleigh and it is close to several shopping centers near Leesville Rd, Lynn Rd, Glenwood, and Brier Creek. There is a Facebook page for The Reserve that is updated with photos and community events. Amenities include a fitness center, laundry facilities, 2 pools, a small pet park, outdoor charcoal community grills, basketball court, sand volleyball court, a community walking trail around Lake Lynn, tennis courts, plenty of unassigned parking, and a playground. The Reserve is a wonderful place to live!
