This realtor has truly embraced the digital age and will use all means available to sell your home. Cathy and team were our second realtor to handle the property we were trying to sell and although our first realtor was top notch, Cathy’s team generated twice the number of showings for the property. I can’t emphasize the team part of the customer experience enough. It seemed as though we had 4 people working full time toward selling the property from start to finish. Having already relocated, knowing we had someone working diligently on our behalf was very important.
Cathy, above being a masterful realtor, is also a great listener and was very inclusive of thoughts, feelings or suggestions from our end.

After failing to sell our first house with a Realtor from a different company during Summer/​Fall 2014 my wife and I decided to switch to a different Realtor. At this point we were already moved out of that house and living in a different state (and time-​zone). This meant we needed someone who could handle things from a distance and give us lots of feedback on how things were going.
After interviewing a few different promising candidates we were very impressed with Cathy’s professionalism and how well she communicated with us. After re-​listing the house with Cathy we were able to sell the house roughly a month later in the Winter of 2015 for near asking price.
Overall, we were very happy with the service we received, especially since we had to handle the entire thing via distance. Cathy and the rest of the group there were very responsive and good at taking the time to explain things to us. We also really liked the frequency that we were able to talk with Cathy to get feedback on how things were going and/​or discuss potential strategies.
