The entire staff at Skin Center of Raleigh really takes the time to make sure you are always happy and comfortable during every visit. The facility is clean and absolutely beautiful. Everyone is knowledgeable and so friendly. Emily and Fabrizio are so wonderful to work with and are so genuine. Getting to know them made the process so easy and less stress! Thanks!

I had a coupon here for a free 30 minute facial. It was easy to make an appointment. Staff is very professional and office area is quiet. The facial lasted about 30 minutes and felt really good. My skin was moist even into the next day. The only downside to this place is the actual room I was in looked more like a hospital room. Otherwise, a good place to come for convenient and good service.

Massage by Suzanne was excellent, however it was over in 47 minutes including dressing, undressing and getting on the table. I understand the need for it to be 60 minutes including changing and getting in and off of table, but it bothered me that there was a full 13 minutes left which should have been my appointment time. But equally worse was that I left a comment when asked to review by Living Social and on the companies website and the Skin Centers reply to my being short changed massage time was that I arrived late. WRONG AND UNTRUE. I won’t be returning.
Had a really nice hot stone massage here by way of the living social deal. It was nice and firm, and more on the sports massage side with lots of stretching and focus on tight and sore areas, which was great. Everyone I spoke with was super friendly and helpful and it was a very nice experience. I will say the massage, despite the living social deal (and their website) saying it was for 1 hour, was more like 45 minutes, which is a little disappointing. It’s all good if it’s a 45 minute massage, but don’t call it an hour massage. Had to knock off a star for what was otherwise a good experience.
