Thyme For Tea

UPDATE (4÷9÷12): Got my order after 1 year! The tea is fantastic. I’m changing it back to two stars :-)
UPDATE (4÷24÷11): Still no word on my order… I’m changing this back to one star.
UPDATE (3÷7÷11): My order is in progress. They had server issues according to Traci.
Thyme For Tea closed its storefront at the State Fairgrounds in November 2010, so you can only shop online now. But, I wouldn’t even do that.
I have a LivingSocial that expires in February 2011, and I didn’t decide to use it till my loose tea supply was low in January. At the Tearific Spices store, I was informed that I could use it online and I should send the owner an email because they are out of the country. The next day (January 16^th), I sent an email with what I wanted to order and I never heard back. I sent another email on the 22^nd to the generic info email address, and didn’t hear back. I’m going to try calling next, but the number is for Tearific Spices, not Thyme for Tea.
I don’t like handing out one-​star reviews, but I’m pretty sure this is well justified. I’m a sad (uncaffeinated) panda.

A fantastic selection of teas plus genuinely great customer service — always a good combination! Russian Caravan and Victorian Earl Grey are the favourites at our house, but we’ve given tins of many teas as gifts and the recipients always enjoy them. My only complaint is that I have to plan ahead if I’m low on tea since the storefront at the Fairgrounds is only open on weekends. Still, it’s worth it every time!

Like tea? Do you buy your stuff online, or search for healthy and specific flavors? This is way better! There is a MASSIVE variety to choose from. If your new to selecting loose tea, or want an idea for something new and different just ask! I love this place. I stopped buying my tea online and now i buy it fresh from here. Cheers!

Great /​friendly services. Lots of tea selections, and the staff can help in narrowing down the choice that’s best for you.
The tea names are great also (e.g. Love Potion #3, Purple Rain, Frankly My Dear I Don’t Give A Damn…)
