I can’t even begin to describe how amazing the staff is at Trek. I went there at first because of a groupon I purchased for a tune up. I took my Trek 4900 in for the groupon and they had it back to me the next day. I was going to just use this store solely for my Trek bike, but the time came to get my Motobecane road bike tuned up and I knew exactly where to go. They tuned my road bike and adjusted a few things in just 30 minutes because I had a race that day. Since then I have taken a third bike of mine in for assembly and tuning. Don’t shy away if you don’t own a Trek. The mechanics here are top notch and will take care of you. They may have a corporate Trek logo on the front of the building, but you will be treated better than most Local bike shops when you go to Trek. Great people, great service.
