Uncle Bob’s really treats you like family!
Wendy was a joy to work with. I set up my account and paid for my year in advance. I never had an adverse issues during my twelve months keeping my things safe, warm, and dry! I would recommend Uncle Bob’s to anyone that wants minimalist paperwork, automated account management and no gate problems

This location is clean, convenient and very well lit. The customer service associates, Wendy in particular as she is the only one I’ve worked with, is fantastic. She helped us work through a few issues we had and was professional, funny and very charming.

We had just moved to Raleigh into a smaller house with little storage and was looking at various storage facilities in the area.
After looking online at different places this Uncle Bob’s was close and had a good online price and free truck on the day you load up. I booked a 5×5 spot online.
Wendy, the manager, called me on the phone first and was very nice. When we got there, Wendy explained everything, showed us our space, which we decided was too small. She then proceeded to show us more until we found what we needed.
Wendy was professional, friendly, sweet and welcoming and very knowledgeable about her business.
She made everything go smoothly and is probably what sets this storage place apart from others.
