Finding a place to rent across the country isn’t the easiest thing to do but Cat made the process seamless! We saw the place in person and completed the rest of the rental process from 3,000 miles away. She answered all our questions immediately and stopped by the house shortly after we moved in. She listened to all our comments about the cleanliness of the house, personally took a look at the things we were talking about and dropped off the move in checklist(a huge time saver since the printer was still with the movers). The owners left things in the cabinets, dishwasher, washer, and dryer and Cat promptly collected the items and returned them. We asked her for touch up paint and in less than an hour she got it from the owners and dropped it off! On Tuesday we showed her one of the shelves in the fridge was broken. By Friday morning a replacement shelf was on our doorstep! Not only is Cat friendly and helpful but she responds to emails very quickly. We really wanted to rent something more than an apartment and Victory Property Management was one of the few places that had listings. The website had tons of photos and the online application process was easy to complete. You can also chat with a representative on the website. We also love that you can pay your rent online. It’s great because each person can have an account, not just one account per property.

Cat was by far the best agent I’ve ever worked with. And trust me I move a lot! She was very helpful with quick responses to all my crazy questions. I look forward to working with her during my lease time!

What a great group! Cat took us through our move-in process with a high level of attention and detail. She was always available to answer our questions. We’ve lived at our place for just about 3 months, and still only positive things to say. Today, I accomplished the inevitable Saturday lockout, and Victory took care of me better than I could’ve anticipated– thank you Ralph! Nice to feel so secure with our property management!

Holy Cow, what a miserable experience! I just broke my lease with Victory after buying our home in North Raleigh. The Waterford Woods units are rundown heaps of mold infestations and bugs. I wouldn’t dare light a fire in the«beautiful» fireplaces as I’m certain they’ve never been cleaned. The contracted maintenance man is very nice and prompt considering what he has to deal with. The heavily forested landscape is never kept up inviting horrible mosquitos(and watch your doggies because of the snakes. Part of living in NC, not the property’s fault.) The gutters are clogged and never cleaned. Our particular unit had massive wood rot that went un-repaired right outside the kitchen window until we complained. My husband did many of the repairs himself out of our own pocket, such as cleaning the clogged venting for the dryer so that we could use our dryer. We moved out January 11th and they have it available January 16th. Just like they did when I moved in, they will merely paint the place and call it good. Sky high heating and cooling bills and very old appliances. On the plus, most of the neighbors are pretty chill and they allow dogs. The lady in 907B is lovely and her little dog is precious. The owner, Ralph, is a total nightmare. I’m tempted to report him to the State. I haven’t decided yet. I’m aghast that he’s asking for 150.00 more that we paid for the 7 months we stayed. Unit A needs mad dehumidifiers to keep mold off your shoes and clothes. Beware. In reply to Ralph: Nice try, Ralph. I notified you in November our intention to vacate, you gave me 3 weeks. I moved anyway because homes don’t close in 3 weeks. Anyway, I forfeited my 1300.00 deposit and paid you an entire month’s rent for 8 days of occupation. There is mold everywhere in that place and you know it. Luckily for me, I held firm on only a year’s lease, as you imply that 2 is required. Oh sure the place is in Cary, but that is about all it has going for it besides the aforementioned chill neighbors and that you allow dogs. As far as staff, I was rather pleasant with them over the phone. You have a phantom office on Kildaire Road as the reception desk answers to all the businesses there and you’re told you can not talk to anyone from Victory. Frustrating. I don’t know what kind of operation run there, but I’m glad it’s over. From your reply Ralph, it’s mutual. And that’s okay. Kind regards,
