In a word Tremendous! I was visiting Raleigh for the weekend and wanted to get a pilates class in on Saturday. I called several places on Friday without any success. I called Lori from Vive and although her classes were already booked, she scheduled an individual session for me and my daughter. Our instructor, Kelsey, was wonderful, knowledgeable, and a complete delight. Whenever I’m in Raleigh, Vive Pilates will be part of my plans.

Lori is an amazing instructor. She knows exactly how to encourage each person uniquely. This is a true gift and proof that she is all about the person and not just the exercise. She also is very knowledgeable about the muscles and how your body works. I have witnessed her tell someone from across the room not to do something because she could see it was causing stress on their back in an unhealthy way. She then came over and personalized the routine for that individual. Such talent. Don’t waste your time going some place else. Vive is where it is at!

This is my favorite place to exercise in Raleigh. Lori is a great instructor, not only are her classes fun, but she does a great job of assessing her clients and helping them achieve their goals. Many trainers have a program and fit their clients into that program, Lori’s approach is highly individualized.
