Sexist, rude, insulting, unprofessional, and has NO knowledge of lawn care. They killed our lawn and refused to refund our money or plant seed to fix what they did. After my husband spoke to the«technician» the owner came to our house and told me he needed to speak to the man of the house and refused to talk with me. He said there was no way to know if it was their fault without proof with a before picture and didn’t believe me. He is a sexist pig.

Security… RUDE! Until the spring rains hit Weed Man had done a great job. They would come out when asked and my lawn was relatively free of weeds. The technicians would repeatedly apply fertilizer and herbicides immediately before torrential downpours. I asked customer service if they would please wait and not apply directly before rain is predicted as the fertilizer is simply washed off into my neighbor’s garden and the creek. Customer service said they were happy to do this however the next service invoice included the following statement«Check weeds Backyard. Spray as needed. When no rain in forecast for three days. YEAHRIGHT» After that kind of rudeness I was more than happy to cancel my service. Great business plan guys… Just insult the customer on your invoice Attached is a photo of the invoice… enjoy

We used Weedman for a year before we sold our house. I couldn’t be happier with the service. We live in Wilmington and our yard was all sand, weeds and crabgrass. After less than a year my front lawn looks as good as our neighbors who had sod put down several years ago.

Went with Weed Man for about 6 months. Not quite satisfied, so I cancelled. I’m sure they are better than the globo-brand, but I expected more out of these guys for being local experts. While they were punctual with the program, they were not capable of keeping my yard green and free of weeds. Had to have them come out on an extra occasion for weeds they missed. About 10% of my grass is dead. And when I called to cancel, they wanted another chance to «make things right». They ended up charging me $ 84 for the visit that same day. Hope that was just a miscommunication on their part. We’ve since parted ways. Hope they can improve in the future as I like to support local.
