I could not agree more with Jeff B’s assessment. All he said is absolutely true. It is a dump. I must add a couple of things. The units have a large roach problem. They are everywhere.
When they updated the fire sprinkler system, it took months to complete while they cut holes in the ceiling etc. They removed my things from the wall and left them on the floor on mulitple occassions. One day I came home and they had left my door open. Apparently they decided to go upstairs and it was just too much to close my door.
Another day I come home and there is an eviction notice on my counter. It was addressed to my upstairs neighbor. I have never been late once. Do I really need to know that the people above me don’t pay their rent.
The real issue is that the staff is terrible. They make these mistakes over and over and they just NEVER apologize.
I do need to add one last thing, the management company has changed since Jeff B. wrote. They are just as bad maybe even worse.
Run from this place.

This place is just awful! Don’t let the low prices and decent landscaping around the office and pool fool you. The units are poorly-​constructed and have been poorly maintained. There is no insulation in the walls or floors between units, so expect to hear every footstep your neighbors take. You can even hear them talking at night while you are trying to sleep. Fixtures are rusty and/​or do not work. Many outlets do not work. Paint does not match. Tile jobs were done poorly. If they spent as much money on the units as they do on different-​colored mulch and wood chips, this place might be «somewhat» decent. Your belongings will be stolen. The police surround the complex in search of criminals every couple of months at least, and are visiting units here all the time. Residents are loud and disrespectful, and leave their children unattended to run around screaming outside. They also throw tons of trash outside their own homes on the sidewalks and in the bushes. If you complain about any of this to the office, expect to be ignored. They are so disorganized and sloppy, leaving a message with one person only results in that message not being passed to the concerned party/​parties. I have witnessed residents throwing trash, including bicycle rims and tires, from third story decks into the bushes here. After speaking with the office twice about it, nothing was done. Cigarette butts and dog feces are everywhere outside the units. A shopping cart was left for weeks outside my unit. Maintenance requests are not responded to in any sort of timely fashion. It took nine months to get my often-​clogged toilet to be corrected. When black mold was found in my bathroom, they ripped out some drywall and left it like that for a week. When finally they returned to remove the mold, they did not replace the insulation, and now my bathroom is freezing cold! The gym is tiny and there is nothing with which to sanitize the equipment. The only saving grace is the pool and the gas grills. But even the grills are locked behind the gates to the pool during the colder months. Please do not be fooled, this place is an absolute dump.
