16 different flavors, lots of different toppings. Always clean. Very kid friendly. Really helpful staff. Great frequent buyer club with lots of coupons.

Nice convenient location right off Creedmoor, next to many other restaurants.
Stopped by here over the weekend and tried out 4 – 5 different flavors. They had all the usual stuff, as well as dozens of toppings. Wish they had some sorbet though!
Overall good frozen yogurt, in a cool location with plenty of seating indoor and outdoor to enjoy on a hot day or night.
They are open late, 11 PM on weekdays and as late as 11:30 PM on weekends. That is a plus, since all other places close at ⁹⁄₁₀ PM at the latest.

Great selection of yogurt and even better staff! Very friendly! Clean store, clean yogurt machines, toppings were all neat and taken care of. I love yogurt mountain!

Quite a selection of froyo and toppings. This is self serve and charged by the ounce. So you control the price ultimately, but we both feel the price is still a bit high. We both got the smaller cup, and neither of us filled it to the top, and it was over $ 14.00. I can just imagine how much it costs parents to bring a couple of kids here. The cashier did ask us if we had a coupon so I get the impression coupons are readily and regularly available.
Now on to the froyo itself. I got a swirl of mango froyo and pineapple ice and topped it with blueberries and these little busting orange bubbles that were so much fun to eat, they popped with a little pressure and you get a little orange juice burst. Just popping them made me grin ear to ear. My guy had the no sugar added vanilla with no sugar added choc chips. He said the taste was just like the regular froyo even though it was no sugar added. We both wish they would offer more than on flavor of no sugar added though.
The shop itself is very clean and family friendly. There is outdoor seating. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All said and done, we would go back occasionally, but will be on the lookout for a good froyo experience that doesn’t hurt the wallet as much.

I’m a big fan of good froyo period. I recently tried a Yogurt Mountain in Tallahassee near FSU and had no idea there was one in Raleigh. So, let’s say that I am addicted to the salted caramel pretzel. I love the fresh brownies and the snickers, plus bananas as toppings. The location is clean with plenty of indoor and well as outdoor seating. It’s out of my way as far as a drive, but whenever I’m near Creedmor Rd. and in need of good froyo, Yogurt Mountain will be my choice.

I have been to a lot of these shops with my kids. However this one clearly is the best. The selection is outstanding. The way you are treated by the employees is top notch. While there may be other choices for yogurt, this place is clearly the best!!!

Stopped in with my bride as part of our wedding anniversary celebration the other night.
A bit more than 2 years after my initial visits here and it’s time for an update. Cleanliness has improved, staff is friendlier, and that awful artificial aftertaste seems to now be nonexistent. The blueberry froyo is fruity tasting, the vanilla custard is tasty and the peanut butter flavor is just as tasty.
The toppings are numerous, and i think the idea is to get a person to load up their bowl to the brim or overflowing (because the charge is based on weight).
The place is good, but it’s not like the local curbside stand I grew up with and continue to long for.

We love YoMo. Great selection of toppings and the flavors are amazing. Tonight’s gotta be a YoMo night! See ya there!

We love Yogurt Mountain. For those who have never been, it is a self serve yogurt shop. You get a cup, fill it up and add toppings. You pay based on weight…49 cents per ounce (they take off the weight of the original cup… woohoo). Their yogurt is creamy and rich. The staff is great. It is a family friendly atmosphere… which means that the handles might be a little sticky. 50 or so toppings and 16 flavors. You can try all the flavors… you just need to ask for plenty of sample cups. Some of the fruit toppings are from frozen packages, not fresh. It probably doesn’t matter as most people we see are piling on hot fudge and not strawberries. At the register, there is a place you enter your cell number. This will add you to their frequent shoppers club. After 10 visits, you get 6oz for free. They also send special deals to you via text if you sign up. The texts are infrequent.
We feel that the yogurt here is better than YoPop… and the staff is much nicer.

I took my kids to Yogurt Mountain and of course they loved it. When you first enter, the colors are appealing and the variety of flavors make it inviting!
The downfall to me is the size of the cup. A little over the top… I actually made the recommendation to offer smaller servings, especially for kids. The temptation is to fill the cup up along w all the toppings. Due to this, taking 3 kids out for a treat gets pricey! My jaw dropped when my bill was over $ 20 for yogurt!
If they could add a smaller size it would definitely get more stars :).

Wonderful idea for a frozen yogurt shop.

The best place in the area to get frozen yogurt (although, I haven’t tried FreshBerry yet on Hillsborough St.)! They always have great flavors– try the Snickerdoodle with Heath Bar and raspberries! I love their outdoor seating area, too. Great place to go with friends and even bring the dog to hang out outdoors! The only thing I’m hoping for is possibly Thin Mint flavor– sooo amazing!

My son & I love getting yogurt here! They have a large selection of flavors and toppings. Also lots of low/​no fat options for the diet conscious.

I dig this place, big time! The sorbet is awesome, the price is reasonable (about 10 bucks for two people) and the toppings are more than plentiful. They are always busy, so I imagine the young staff are just exhausted… but they were fast enough for me and really didn’t add or take away from the fro-​yo experience. I will say that while there toppings are stellar, my fave — the coconut — was a little dry… not sure how they could fix that other than putting out new flakes, but still a four star rating!

Very bad experience. While using the restroom, an employee very rudely yelled at me «Wanna hurry up?» Needless to say, I will not be coming back.

My son has been begging for me to take him here since the doors opened. Finally the other night we decided to go. This will be our stop from now on anytime we have the urge to go and get ice cream. There are so many choices and combinations. The frozen yogurt is amazing. We will definitely be back many many more times!
