Coit has cleaned my carpet & upholstery several times and I’ve always been happy. Technicians are polite and thorough. Prices are reasonable with the specials they run.

I wish I could give them no stars. We used Coit to freshen up our white, spot free carpet. As it dried long brown strips appeared. Coit came out the next day and re cleaned it. One of the service people explained sometimes a machine will leak and leave theses kinds of marks. The manager, however, told me I did it with my vacuum even though the marks appeared before we walked on it, then claimed they were made from the dog bed (I’m not kidding) then said «well, you needed new carpet anyway.» After several additional attempts by Coit to get these tire track looking marks out, we gave up and accepted a refund in the hopes that another company would be able to remove them. No such luck. We now have to replace our carpet. Thanks Coit.
