I’m sitting in front of the fire writing this review. Very friendly with great prices. Next time I will probably have it delivered. I was skeptical with only 2 reviews, probably because its a small outfit in Ramona. I won’t be buying wood anywhere else.

While camping at Dos Picos County Park down the road, we used to buy our wood from the ranger station. Guess they don’t do that anymore, so now we’re in need of some s’more-makin’ wood! Looked this up on Unilocal,and while it only had one review, it was quite positive and we were about to drive right by it while heading in to town for some supplies. (Wouldn’t be a camping trip with this family without forgettin’ sumthin…)
The staff was very helpful. Even knew that the park wouldn’t want us to bring oak into the park to burn (the gold-​spotted oak borer is reeking havoc on the trees in the park, brought in by firewood…), so we bought several bundles of avocado at a great price, and the weekend was saved!

The place for firewood! Great prices, great wood, super friendly and they deliver! I first went with them just to support local business, but after checking around I won’t go anywhere else, they are consistently cheaper and better than the competition. I called today and had a cord of wood in my yard an hour later! 5 Stars all the way!
