We hired Ben to put up our holiday lights. We prepaid in full for the lights to be put up as well as taken down after the holidays. Ben put up the lights (only half of which worked) and then never came back to fix the lights, or take them down after the holidays. He hasn’t returned any phone calls. Totally unresponsive. Its hard to tell if he is still in business since he never answers the phone, but if he is I would strongly suggest never using his service. This is the only negative review I’ve ever posted on Unilocal

We hired Ben to put up and take down our Christmas lights. We used him last year and he was good. This year he called us to see if we wanted him to do it again and we said yes.
Ben put up our lights and took full payment. When it was time for him to take them down, he was a no show. We called and left four or five messages and he never responded. He took our money and ran. DO NOT TRUST HIM!

I have had a terrible experience with Millen Window Washing. I bought a Living Social coupon a few months ago. I have called Ben Millen 4 times and left messages everytime. I also sent an email. No response. He offers no customer service which is the equivelent of bad customer service. I feel ripped off by Living Social and would never recommend Millen Window Washing.

Has this company run out of business. Phone number listed doesn’t work. I tried to schedule appointment online, but no one called me back. I purchased Living Social voucher and try to use them. Living Social refused to refund my money, this has not been a good experience.

We found Ben Millen through a Living Social deal.
He was very nice and did a fabulous job washing our outside windows on our 2 story home.
I know he is currently building his business and wish him all the best for future success.
We would not hesitate to do business with him again!

Great experience, I called (Ben) at Millen Window Washing to schedule an appointment for washing my windows (Living Social deal). I figured it would take a couple of weeks to setup a time. To my surprise, Ben said «I can be there tomorrow at noon». I said great, and the next day he showed up on time, with a great attitude. Ben proceeded to clean all of my windows and screens. He worked hard and did a great job! Definately recommended!

Got a Living Social deal for window cleaning, Ben was a pleasure to work with, he returned my call promply to schedule an appointment, showed up on time and did a great job! His prices are reasonable and I will definetly become a regular customer.
