If you can’t have the decency to keep an appointment for a potential new client, I doubt you can give good service.
My experience with this company was NOT GOOD
I spoke with Geoff, set up an appointment with him. He called me day of the appointment to reschedule to due an emergency. Fine. Appointment was rescheduled but Geoff never showed up, or called, or responded to my many attempts to contact him.
If you schedule an appointment especially during the week, have the decency to show up or call.
Overall, very unprofessional. Would not trust this company

I have been using and recommending Mountain Valley Pool and Spa since they started their services. Geoff has always been professional prompt and gone above all of my expectations. He has been out a few times and fixed problems that he noticed on his own accord and always makes sure that we are happy customers.
