Whoever was working the night we visited needs some help with his customer service. My girlfriend(who happens to be blind), her registered seeing eye dog and I arrived and asked to smoke some hookah. We were informed that under no circumstances would we be served without leaving her service dog outside. Not only is this discriminatory but it is in direct violation of California Civil Code. My girlfriend is far from militant when it comes to disabled rights, but the manner in which the person at the counter handled things was beyond rude.

Love this place, and Angie is awesome too. You feel at home with friends smoking and having a good time when you’re there. They have good favors, prices, and atmosphere. They also give out free pretzels sometimes and they have food and drinks(nonalcoholic) for sale as well.

My new favorite hangout in Ramona. The customer service is amazing, and everyone there is really passionate about hookah. Ask for good blends, they’re happy to offer suggestions.

My girlfriend and I came on Friday May 17, when we came in we liked the atmosphere of the place. There were only 6 other people there. The seating was comfortable an there was lots of space. We went to the counter and ordered our hookah, which was Irish peach in an apple base as recommended by Angie. We sat down in a corner table and were given pretzels and shortly after they brought put the hookah. The hookah was really good and they have all Starbuzz flavors. After using the hookah for a while Angie brought us out some soap water so we could blow smoke bubbles, which most hookah lounges don’t do, so we thought that was cool and fun. The manager, Angie, is super nice and knowledgeable about hookah. She told us that she is working on getting more brands like Fumari. She made sure we were comfortable and had everything that we needed. As it got towards 9 a lot more people started coming in. A DJ showed up around that time, which was cool. Throughout the night they mostly played EDM. Angie came over and was talking to us about getting new flavors and we said that we liked white gummy bear from Fumari, and she said she liked their chai, which I love, so she said she has a pumpkin pie in the back that tastes just like it. So we ordered that and it was amazing. We spent about 30 dollars, 20 for the apple base and Irish peach then 6 for the pumpkin pie plus a tip. Overall, we love this place, it’s just the thing Ramona needs. Our only complaint would be that the fans need to be turned on, just because it gets stuffy from all the hookah and cigarettes since there is only one doors open.
