Greg has been taking care of our plumbing needs for nearly two decades. He’s a perfectionist who is on the leading edge of plumbing technology and who is actively involved in reviewing and writing local and national plumbing code. He’s done extensive rework and repair to all the shoddy work existing in our older home, and nothing he’s done has ever failed. Greg has produced a number of very popular videos showing the general public how to solve the most common plumbing problems *themselves* without needing a plumber, and this says more about him as a person and a professional than I can. I have the highest respect for him.

We first saw his online DIY videos, which are excellent. Greg has done several repairs of shoddy work as well as replacement of worn out parts on our 30yo home. He’s not cheap but he does it right using quality parts. It’s nice to have a dishwasher and disposal that don’t back up into the sink!

I found this company’s DIY videos online when i suspected my water regulator was broken. I noticed they were in Ramona so I called them up. Received a call back even after business hours. Unfortunately, i live outside their service area but the person talked with me for 30 minutes to guide me and give me advice on products and the best companies in my area to work. Ramona is lucky to have such a great and honest plumber.

Greg may be a good plumber, I dont know. But I did email him and he was quite rude in his response, maybe he was just having a bad day but I found him to be VERY unprofessional!

So glad we called this guy! 7:30pm on Saturday and he answered his phone, wow! We explained our problem to him and he explained he was on another job and couldn’t get to us right away… But told us to go to home depot and buy a particular fitting. So we did and viola crisis averted. He ended saving us hundreds of dollars (for free I might add). So I will definitely be calling this guy for any future plumbing problems.
