We recently attended a wedding catered by Something Delicious. The food was Something of a Delicious experience. :)
My personal favorites were the meatballs (sweet and juicy.) I also enjoyed the BBQ chicken. The flavor in this dish came from the way the chicken was prepared, with BBQ sauce complementing (rather than dominating) the flavor. Last, the potatoes, layered with cheese and scallions, were highly enjoyable to the pallet. Everything was really well done!
