Was told it would be a 15 minute wait. Waited over an hour while other people without appointments got helped ahead of me. Worst customer service ever.

This Supercut is always great when in a pinch for time for my husband and kids. Decent cuts for decent prices.
However, don’t go an hour before closing or else you get the royal stink eye. Seriously I know these ladies have been on their feet all day but it’s not like we’re coming in 10 minutes before closing. The one time I tried coming for myself, it was 45 minutes to closing and wanted a trim. Two employees argued over who had to take me and I finally left. I should have called and complained but I felt bad because it was Sunday and close to closing. That being said, when you live rural sometimes you get in as soon as you can and its later than you expect. It’s always unfriendly at that point.

The worst haircut I have ever gotten. First of all the girl asked me what a skin fade was when I told her that’s what I wanted. So obviously she screwed that up, and to top it off she messed up my line up. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Been here three times so far and Izzy, Dora, and Madeline have all cut my hair. Each time I’ve come here I keep telling myself to ask for the previous one that had cut my hair because they cut it exactly as I wanted it, actually better than what I expected when I walk through the door.
The price is high for a regular like me, but they do offer military discounts. Only other thing I could complain is their shampoo wash treatment. Used to get haircuts at Fantastic Sam’s in Barstow but I loved the fact that they offer a free wash with their haircut. Especially since I rode a motorcycle then and I hated having loose bits of hair when I buckle on my helmet.
Other than that, this is the best place to get your haircut in town the other shops in town don’t have the flexible hours and manpower to staff.

I have been getting my military haircuts here for little over a year. They are nice and do a pretty good job with getting it right. I have had a few times where I didn’t like the cut, but didn’t complain because I just let my hair grow back and avoided that barber. I recommend Amber as she is quick and does a super job. The price is a bit high, i could easily get a cheaper haircut but like the cleanliness. I have not tried any other barbershops in town, but haven’t had a reason too, yet. The price doesn’t bother me as much because if I had to drive to base to get a haircut I would be paying the same if not more with gas, etc.

This hair salon is the only one that I really trust to some degree when I get my hair cut in Ramona. I’ve been going there for quite a few years and in my experience they generally tend to get my haircuts right. I’ve never really had an amazing or a terrible haircut from the stylists here, and their staff is usually very nice and sociable.
I’d definitely recommend them if you aren’t looking for the absolute, perfect haircut, or if what you have in mind is relatively simple. They are definitely a decent salon.
