First off I would like to say that Sam is the BEST! I got a Tugboat from Vapor Trail a few months back. It was working amazing until one day the button started getting EXTREMELY hot. I brought it back a few times, but no one really took the time to even look at my vape. Everyone I talked to suggested simple things like cleaning the button (I clean my vape once a week for about 30 minutes). I decided to stop in one more time and I was very pleased to see that Sam was there. He messed with my mod for a good hour or so while helping other customers as they came in. He eventually figured out what was wrong with my button after trying many different things including a few builds. I was expecting to pay for all of the builds I approved of him trying, but he only charged me for one! The Staff at Vapor Trail truly is awesome, but Sam has always gone above and beyond to please his customers!

I’ll give two stars because they do have good products and decent prices. The only problem is if they choose to sell you products at all. My 23 year sister and her 24 year old boyfriend (who does vape) were refused when trying to buy an atomizer for me (28 years old). They were told no because the employee believed they might be buying them for a minor. I understand the paranoia around vaping right now especially in regards to it being used by minors. But that is just ridiculous. The store would have no control over that other than making sure they themselves, don’t sell directly to minors. Also what is their screening process to determine who they might think is selling to minors?! So just know, if you plan to make a trip to this store, you might just flat out be refused when trying to make a purchase.

I am fairly new to the «vape» world. That being said, I know very little about what is a good product and what isn’t — that leaves me very open to being lied to or taken advantage of…
The staff at this store were highly informed and very helpful. They KNEW what they were talking about and they were PASSIONATE about their product and services. They were able to help me pick out the product for my needs.
The atmosphere is great! Very chill, yet welcoming and professional. They sell a large variety of Vaping tools and juices to help get you going and KEEP you going!
I will definitely be coming back here and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone interested in the Vape world.

Soo sweet. They stay open til 8pm! So when my e pen was mangled by a not-so-careful «friend», I dashed in for help at like, 7:56 pm. The dude really worked to repair my set-up. He spent lots of time… Way past 8pm with a great attitude. I originally only gave four stars because these darned pens and their accoutrements, well, they «ain’t cheap» as we say here in the sticks… but the customer service here is Top Notch as is their selection of devices, accoutrements, liquids… so I’m bumping them to 5 star status…

Went here for the first time today and I am impressed. First off when you walk inside it’s small and simple. What it should be :) you are welcomed and greeted by someone and you get the chance to browse if they are helping someone. If not they are ready to help you whenever you are.
I broke my e-cig tank so the guy was ready to help. I bought a replacement but I was having issues. I came back and him and his co worker were both trying to help me. They replaced it. And when I got home. Still had an issue so I went back. They were more than patient with you and more than helpful. With two people there and at least 5 customers they were very pleasant. I only bought one liquid. Cause I didn’t try others but I know they said something about a taste bar. I will be excited. Thank you guys !!
