As a new Eastwick College student I was not sure where the good places in the area were. My friends professor recommended Brady’s and it was a good recommendation. Ordered the Caribbean Shrimp wrap and it was delicious. So happy it came with a salad and not the usual fries! My friends had the wings and said they were yummy. Will be back.

Was here for brunch yesterday. A complimentary mimosa, screwdriver, or bloody mary is served with brunch. Our food was very good. Three people in my group ordered the brie stuffed french toast. I ordered the crab cakes. The service, while nice, was a bit quirky. Only two of us were able to order drinks, and then our waitress left before the other two could order theirs. She took their order upon her return, but their drinks didn’t arrive until after our food arrived. It was strange. It also seemed like they wanted to rush us, but the restaurant or bar wasn’t full. I would have rated them higher than this were it not for the quirky service.

I go here with friends and family a lot. Good bar and food. They have TVs to watch games and it’s a nice place to go to catch a game. Good food and nice atmosphere. Very sweet wait staff as well. Recommended for a casual night out.

My husband and I went for dinner with our 2 year old. When we sat down the table was extremely sticky, as were the floors. We had chicken quesadillas for an appetizer, the chicken was chewy and they tasted like they were from a box. Our entrée’s were also gross. My buffalo chicken salad was basically inedible, my husbands steak was tough. I was disgusted by the whole experience, we will never go back.

A great local warm friendly bar and restaurant! Love the owner Jon Brady, great food and staff. John was kind enough to host a fundraiser at his place for us and it was a great success! THANKYOUTOTHESTAFFFORALLYOURHELP!

Do not order the crab cake sandwich, it was gross and had fake crab meat in it. Also they offer no craft beers. Very disappointed. Avoid this place.

Seeing as how I have very few authentic points of reference when it comes to Irish pubs/restaurants, I’m gonna go with my gut(and drunken liver every time I leave) and say that this place is the absolute cat’s meow for Irish joints in the area. Great food. I haven’t been here in some time, but during my tenure as a barista at the SBUX(directly across the street), my coworkers and I were habitual patrons of this joint. We’d always order lunch during our shifts, and the food was EVERYTHING. They’ve got a good handle on spinach & artichoke dip, which is one of my faves wherever I go. Very good flavor execution on it! I’ve had the Shepherd’s Pie as well. Some disagree, but I personally LOVE the dish. It’s nothing eclectic, but perfectly executed in its simplicity. Just a well-made dish of meat and potatoes, of the mashed variety. Great drink prices for a Bergen County place. They’re not stingy with the spirits in your cocktails, and they’ve got really polite and friendly bartenders. The beers on tap are refreshing and tasty. Cool selection. They’re located right at the train station(hence their name), so you can be on your way to other cities without using your car. Especially if you’re going to NYC afterwards to get even more shwasted. Like my friends/coworkers and I would typically do. :-)

Went here for lunch with friends on a Sunday. Sat outside on the second floor which was so nice! Crab cakes were delicious and prices are reasonable. Server was really nice. All in all a great place.

After a few months of planning, we finally had our baby shower today hosted at Brady’s. Having access to the entire second floor was amazing and my 70+ guests truly enjoyed themselves. The food was terrific and the staff surpassed our expectations as they went above and beyond to ensure that the baby shower was a success. One other thing I should note is that John, the owner, was there from start to finish and should be applauded for his efforts as he will be one of the main reasons why we would 100% recommend Brady’s; whether it be for a party or just to dine in. In my view, this place is an A++ Thanks for everything!

Been here a few times. The location is great and the restaurant is very interesting, two floors, with a bar on both. I prefer the top floor. The whole place is just cute. The food is good, it’s a nice lunch place period. I’ve been to their other restaurant in Ringwood and that location is not as good. I would give it another star but two things-one, that isn’t not standout amazing, it’s just a good lunch place and they’re a dime a dozen in North Jersey, and two, I never know what kind of drink in going to get at the bar. More often than not, the bartender can’t mix a drink to save his or her life-I’ve maybe had a good drink here once or twice out of the many times I’ve been. Basically I would rec this place if you’re doing any shopping or such in the Ridgewood area and you can’t think of a place to stop for lunch. I don’t know how the dinner or brunch would go as of yet.

Its an Irish Pub downstairs with a bar, dining upstairs and downstairs and a outdoor seating upstairs. Monday night, pressed for time– just got car back from the dealer and daughters braces adjusted, so I needed a fast protein pick me up. I had the Brady’s Burger with fries. The fries were piping hot. The burger was cooked well done to my order. The Brioche bun was fresh. A nice slice of lettuce for color. All at a reasonable price. We were in an out under an hour. Expectations met. I just wish they carried BEIN sports on some of the TV’s.

Always a good stop… we got there around 5:30 to beat the after work crowd… we sat upstairs and had a couple of Co k tails along with an appetizer. …we ordered the nachos with Chicken. …very good… we then ordered one of the specials… grilled chicken with baby spinach and melted provolone. …along with garlic mashed potatoes. …the portion was pretty large… the service was very good and very helpful… as we were ready to leave the line was out the door…

Food is good olé American/Irish. Service is slow. We go on lunch hour from time to time and often exceed our hour lunch break due to slow service. The turkey burger is good, sweet potato fries are small. Regular fries are really good. Thick and taste homemade. Side salad is very fresh & substantial.

I’ve have been to Bradys twice now in the past year, I have been very disappointed each time. When you order a hamburger with fried onions you don’t expect to have onion skins with your fried onions, or burnt onions, so you take a bite into your burger and a big sliver of burnt onion skin comes out. The chef should know better shame on you. The staff needs an attitude adjustment as well. Poor skills at every level in this establishment.

It’s your typical American Bar. Though I’ve never tried the food here, I enjoy the setup of the place, and the fact that they have two floors: the first floor is generally the quieter level with a bar and tables, while the the second floor has music blasting with more standing room and a bar. It’s a good place to catch up with friends, but avoid this place on Thursday nights or on nights before a major holiday, because it’s jam-packed with Ramsey and Highlands alum who are back from college for break.

I’m a closet brunch fan. Back when I was a kid going was always a secret pleasure of mine. Day-drinking, to me, is the most fun. And when it happens almost first thing? Only better. Breakfast is another champion, but one that I am much more open about. Meat, starch, egg, all together heated perfectly, and served simply? Can’t be beat. Breakfast is the one meal where the only thing required is effort. While my breakfast was decent. I must say that some of the meals served to my table were severely sub par for breakfast. Bradys At The Station touts itself as an Irish Pub, a designation signified by several menu choices. One, however, does not match their Ol’ Irish charm: tomato tortilla soup. How an establishment, that Western European, chooses to represent itself four days before Christmas with a distinctly South American soup cannot be explained. While the Brie Stuffed French Toast may have been delicious, which I’m pretty sure anything stuffed with Brie is, the fact that it is called«stuffed French toast» when my companion was actually served a grilled cheese sandwich covered in French toast batter does not indicate they know hot to accurately identify meals on the menu. All in all, I would not return. This is probably not a completely fair assessment, but when I go to brunch so little in my life, I would like it to be an excellent experience.

I go here pretty regularly for drinks. Beautifully designed bars, with classic wood detailing. The bar service is quick and friendly. It is, as other reviewers have pointed out, the kind of place where being a regular makes a big difference.

I go to school down the street, and didn’t know about this restaurant. It’s just like any bar/restaurant. Food/Service was good. Watch out for parking. You will get towed if in the wrong spot, but they have signs everywhere. The parking lot is small. I would go again.

Meh. That’s all I could really say about this place. It seems really cute with the feel of an old train station. And just as a disclaimer, we did NOT come to hang out at the bar and drink. We only wanted some dinner. It was about 5:30−6ish on a Saturday evening. First off, the parking situation is a little confusing. There is a big parking lot with a little strip mall next door. Be warned: do not park there or you will get towed. You can either park on the street, or in the little lot across the street where Starbucks is. Brady’s tries to advertise this as much as possible on menus and such, but it would have been nice if we were informed by the host staff when we walked in. A simple«Do you know about the parking situation?» would have been helpful. It’s a good thing we asked, otherwise that would have been a very painful and expensive end to our dinner. We were seated immediately. I was kind of bummed that the place wasn’t really busy and they stuck us at a little half booth with not much room. Not only that, but just about every party(except for us) had at least one child in their party. Now, it’s not that I don’t like kids and all… I just don’t understand why you would bring your child to dinner at a pub. Needless to say, we found it very noisy. And not from a bar-hoping scene, it was mostly the kids. We didn’t order an apps, we went right for dinner. I was extremely hungry, as I just got done attending a fitness conference for the day. He ordered the prime rib and mashed potatoes. I ordered the Chilean sea bass. I also asked for an order of steamed broccoli and sauteed mushrooms on the side for us to share. I’m sure it would have been absolutely delicious, except for one small detail: Everything was served cold, with the exception of our starches(he got smashed taters and I got wild rice). I was so bummed. The wait staff was okay. I did have to tell our fellow at least 3 times my modifications to my order, and it’s not like I was being too unreasonable. Perhaps it was because I was starving and exhausted from my physically grueling day. However, my partner seemed equally as annoyed and that’s very rare to happen with this easy going fellow. While I was down in Ramsey, I tried to frequent local places to eat. If I do have to come back to the area I will probably not stop by this place again.
