Black Friday I woke up at 4am and headed over for the 5 am opening HOPING to get the XBoX One deal for $ 299. Most ads showed limited supply but I was pleasantly surprised to get exactly what I wanted without having to argue for it.
The staff could not have been any nicer! Whoever does the hiring should be commended. I had a great shopping experience ON Black Friday AT 5 am! Well done, Game Stop.

Best gamestop in the area! All the associates, especially Christopher, were very sweet and know what I play and were happy to share their opinions on every game I asked about. This location is extremely big, and I get outstanding customer service. Seeing as a lot of gamestops have closed down in my area (tices corner, suffern, and franklin lakes), this is my go to location for future gaming needs.

Went here a few weeks ago to pick out a birthday present for my niece. I’m not really «hip» to what these kids like these days, so I went in utterly confused. I was helped by a sweet young man who pointed me toward a few games that my niece LOVES. How did he know what she would like? I was very impressed by the service and the prices.
