Jiffy Lube

I have saved my first review for the fine gentlemen that work at this establishment. I brought my car in for a simple oil change, but experience a problem while waiting for the car. Something accidentally broke while working to service the vehicle — GET THIS — they close at 6:00pm which is right when they brought me back to explain what was going on — the guys found the part over 30 minutes away, so they dropped me off at home, drove to get the part, and worked late to fix my car. When I came with my wife to pick it up, they informed me that EVERYTHING was free, the oil change, filter, new part, labor — everything. I was in shock at the kindness, and how they were unwilling to leave me hanging or stranded. Who wants to stay or work late — ever? They have gained a customer for life! Thanks again!

This Jiffy Lube is at Urban Spa. More expensive than the Audi dealer for my car, and Audi gives free car wash. Total rip off. And, they claimed my dip stick was broken. Last time I used it, it was fine, so they probably broke it. Unless I have piranhas in my oil tank. When I complained about price they wouldn’t do anything. Don’t go here unless you like over paying.
