Jenny has since left, and I went with her. The other technicians varied in their abilities, one who did an abysmal job was since let go, another was good, but just not as good as Jenny. If Jenny came back I would too.

Horrible! I used a groupon for the full application service with the 2 week touch up. After a couple days the lashes become very uncomfortable and actually painful to blink. I called and said I wanted to cancel my touch up appointment and to just come in and have them removed and they told me it would be a $ 50 charge! Soooo after spending $ 100 for lashes that I couldn’t even wear for more than a week they are making me pay for the removal. Ridiculous. AND this place is not affiliated with any of the other Lashfuls. Go someplace else it was a horrible experience!!!

Hands down the best set of eyelash extensions I have ever gotten! I’m obsessed with eyelash extensions and have gone to a few different places. The full glam set I got at lashful last week is absolutely amazing. The technician took her time and I am so happy with the results. I’ve been getting compliments daily. Everyone who works there is super nice. Sometimes when you have a discount voucher, places don’t give you the full experience. That was not the case here. This is my new go-​to spot!

I had a full set of lashes done 2 years ago and they were absolutely stunning
! Since I was going away and I had a Groupon, I wanted them done again. I asked for very natural looking lashes. What I got was just horrible, clumsy, thick, full of glue. They told me this was what customers wanted. Did I say I asked for natural looking ones, like I had two years ago? Now I was stuck with these fake looking lashes for the rest of my vacation. They did fall out days after I had them done, which didn’t make it look better. I would never go back to this place, although I loved how they had them done years ago. Something changed.

I just got my lashes done for the second time and they turned out really great! The technician was skilled, so I didn’t suffer any discomfort while the lashes were being applied. The shape and length of the lashes were a great match for my eye/​eyelid shape without looking obnoxious or obvious. They just help to make my eyes look wider so I don’t need to apply any eyeliner! Also, they are super comfortable and I don’t even notice that they’re on. The technician who applied mine didn’t leave any excess glue or anything, so that hasn’t been a problem. Overall, they are a really great investment if you don’t have eyelashes (like me).

I had a terrible experience right from my first phone call requesting the worker Jenny who i was referred to use. When I told them I Had a Groupon they said Jenny doesn’t do groupons to take Amy. When I got there I Received a new girl and they failed to say it wasn’t Amy. They gave me four style options and I did not get the style I asked for but had to leave as is because it took 2 hours and I had to get home. When I came back for the free follow up 2 weeks later I got another worker who took 2 hours for the follow up. She was picking and poking and when I asked is there a problem she said my last technician messed them up. After 2hours they were still not the style I asked for and they were clumpy and full of glue! To add insult the cashier asked for $ 79 when the follow up was included in the groupon fee. After proving it to her with a photo from my phone (insulting) I left very unhappy TWICE! I do not recommend this location not sure about others!

I went to this spa twice after purchasing a groupon. It was my first experience with either. The number I called was a central number so there was confusion with where the appointment was so when I arrived My appointment needed to be rescheduled. The full set of lashes were beautiful and I was hooked so I returned again within a week for refills. Plus, as I explained to them, I was going away. I will NEVER go back! They missed half the eyelids and the lashes were there were clumped and full of glue. Plus I hate when people talk in another language in front of you when you are the odd man out. I understood the word groupon so I guess I got 2^nd rate service. Apparently there have been other complaints as per the salon down the road…
