I left this gym in july 2012. ever since they moved to the new location the place has gone downhill.

This is a fantastic gym. I was a member here for over 15 years. The owner Mike has always taken great care of this place. The eqt is always well maintained and clean. They offer great classes. Its not over crowded and the monthly rate is dead on for what a gym should be. The only hold up for me from giving 5 stars is the reduction of free weight eqt. However, I am the last of dying breed of free weight guys. So most people love having the extra machines and less weights. Also their personal trainers are head and shoulders above anyone else in the area.
