Drapers and Damons WAS a wonderful store, but the new owners are a complete change from the operation we used to love to do business with. No longer do they work with their catalog division at all., No longer will they take back merchandise purchased from one store back at another. You pay too much at Drapers to be treated in such a cavalier manor.
