What a lovely, cozy café! The waitress was very friendly, and accomodating. Our lattes looked and tasted amazing and the food is excellent. Ambiance is very nice, we will definitely come here again!

Well they are under new management and it shows. When we first walked in there was an older gentleman standing behind the counter. He made absolutely no attempt to help us nor the customers that were trying to pay their bill. He walked around very uncomfortably and told them she’s coming now referring to the server.
Don’t stand behind the counter unless you are ready to step in and work.
There are so many things wrong here at so many levels and I’m really disappointed because we were becoming regulars under the old management. We loved the mochas and the coffee and every bit of food we had. So let me digress a bit.
When we walked in there was the couple trying to pay their bill and a table of three one of them being a younger child. They already had menus. We walked up to the counter and ordered a decaf mocha and a chai as well as a granola bar for my lady. I paid and we sat down. So many things were going on. One guy from the kitchen came out and asked if we needed coffee, no thanks we already ordered. The server went to the table of three and apologized for not being able to get them coffee. Then came to us and advised the same saying the barista machine wasn’t working. Really? I think not. I honestly believe no one there knew how to work it.
We were refunded our money and left, and will not be back. Here’s the thing. I understand change and getting up to speed on things in a new establishment. But there were a total of 5 people in there…5! Do not open your doors unless you have a trained staff and everything is in place. DO NOT display dishes that look gross.
I don’t think this place will make it with the new management. When Paul was there he was organized and treated us really well and made BOM drinks!
