Zero stars. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I’ve lived here for 10months, it was good in the beginning but since the new manager Liz took over it’s been nothing but hell.
–MAJOR ROACH INFESTATION (the bug man assigned thru the office stated Liz & the owners don’t want to pay to get the apartments fogged to rid the problem, so they just keep coming. I literally live with my once beautiful apartment in nothing but bags.)
–health code has came out THREE separate times on violations including the mold in the bathroom.
–bums sleep in the laundry room.
–bats are extremely loud outside all night.
–we filed a complaint with the US POST OFFICE because the manager changed our mail key on us without notice & stated she didnt. only until we filed a formal complaint was our new key issued (took two months of NO MAIL)
The apartments are just crap & Craigslist ads states these same apartments we pay 750 $ are now $ 800 with ZERP upgrades. I truly believe these should be shut down for how awful they are and how many health code issues are arising. Not to mention the idiot of a manager who is very sneaky, doubtful any of the workers here are even legal. The main worker here is dating the managers daughter (shady) & the manager moved her own family into a unit (shady).

Not worth any stars I love here and looking to move the manager is no good the maitnance doesn’t do anything. Code inforcement has came and found mildew in the walls and everything. Oh ya and there is a bad case of bays that fly around at night there is no gym no playground and the pool they let it then green all winter then clean the water out and fill it up. It honestly sux here manager even try saying that the kids can’t play outside. There are about 35 vacant apartments and only about 70 total
