Once I called and spoke with the owner, I felt comfortable moving along with them. Especially once I called his competitors and realized they were overcharging in comparison to these guys.
I couldn’t be happier with the type of work they do. The owner, Anthony, is so courteous and kind. You know you’re dealing with a man with good morals and someone you can depend on to do the job right the first time! Furthermore, he provided me his own cell phone number to call him if any problems arise. How many businesses nowadays do that?! You always have to deal with a customer service center of some sort — not with Budget Window Screens.
I live in Lincoln and Anthony is based in Rancho Cordova. He was more than willing to travel the distance to perform the job. The turnaround was very fast. He came one day to give me an estimation and was ready to get the job done the next day. He was very efficient on replacing my 11 window screens (I had a Rottweiler who tore them apart) in just a few hours. The job was done perfectly and the price was MORE than reasonable. It was such quality work for the price I paid, I made sure to tip him a bit more.
