Why don’t you guys fill up sodas? It’s so annoying. Fill it to the top! It’s every single time I come here. What’s the deal? Soda is so cheap. I’m paying over $ 2 for a dang soda.

Staff aren’t very friendly and every time I come in tables are dirty. I won’t be coming back

I’m done with this location. I live literally 3 minutes away and I won’t go back due to multiple incidents. First time they were using product that didn’t appear to be standard CJ product (sauces in solo cups and cod fish patty looked different). Then another time this girl just totally ignored me at the front counter, so long that I finally walked out. I wasn’t even rude to her or anything, but she looked at me then continued to mess with signs and napkins and ignore me. Then one holiday they were VERY busy so I forgave them for giving me burnt jalepeno poppers. But this last time was the final straw. It was 11:00 at night, I was the ONLY person in the drive-​thru and the walk-​in was closed. Yet they managed to give me poppers that were dried up and VERY chewy. It was as if they were a mistake that had sat there a while, and they threw them back in the fryer when I ordered them. How can you with good conscience give that to a customer? There is something wrong with management at this location. Given my experiences, I would be curious to see how clean and sanitary their kitchen and refrigeration area is.

Yikes. Got part way though my sandwich and realized it was still partially frozen. Good thing it’s fully cooked before it’s frozen! Fries were hot. Still. Not a good experience.

we come here a few times a month. never any problems. im reposting previous review. this carls is still as great as always. pleasant employees, our order is always correct, food fresh and delicious. big fluffy buns and biscuits, hot fresh food. we always agree to go here with everyone excited about awesome food. no family bickering because order messed up in past.

I find it hard to order food from a restaurant that doesn’t have soap in the bathrooms for their employees to wash their hands. Staff was rude and bathrooms were disgusting. No thanks I’ll get something at the next place.

My buddy and I had been at 28^th and B skate park, then went to Koreana Plaza. Nearer to Koreana Plaza we couldn’t find anything really agreeable. Rather than go all the way back to Sacramento and possibly not find something, we stopped at Carl’s Jr, which is generally reliable.
We were greeted well, although the «We will be with you in a moment.» was bad timing. Have you ever gone grocery shopping while hungry? I was quite ready to eat after seeing all the food at Koreana Plaza.
While they had a 2 for $ 6.00 deal, we ended up getting the beer-​battered fish sandwich and western burger, both in combos. It’s never cheap, but at least, it’s very good for fast food. They didn’t hand us a number and he had to go get change. While they weren’t that busy in the drive-​thru, they didn’t really seem to be ready for business at 7 p.m.
The food was brought to the table fairly quickly and the employee responded to extra requests at that point.
The food was almost hot. It wasn’t as lukewarm as I expect from Jack in the Box, but it wasn’t as hot as I expect from Carl’s Jr. The taste was fine.

Today was my third time getting spoiled iced tea at this location. I think I’ve learned my lesson. I hope you do as well, iced tea does not stay fresh for days at a time without refrigeration. Next time I will go ahead and wait in the line at McDonald’s and pay less than half the price and never get spoiled iced tea. Maybe if carl’s Jr. only charged one dollar for their drinks I wouldn’t be quite as upset as I am right now.

Okay I know you guys are all just fast food workers but come on all you had to do was cook some fresh chicken strips and put them in a bag with some ranch. I got stale chicken strips and no freaking ranch! I was super hungry now I can’t eat anything! Try and figure out how to do your job!

Not a bad place to go, there quick and have a clean place to eat and customer service is good and I don’t feel rushed when I come here

I don’t think I’ve ever come here and not had my order screwed up. Sucks when you get home and they have left something out. Too bad. I live close by but it’s a pain in the ass and it’s non stop. Talked to the manager once. Didn’t do any good obviously. Done!

So… I roll up to the drive-​thru menu to check out the breakfast options, when I notice the hand-​scrawled sign saying «We are out of American cheese.» There is American cheese in virtually every breakfast item – and this location doesn’t offer biscuits. after asking several questions, I settled on the sourdough breakfast sandwich because it was supposed to have Swiss cheese, according to the employee. I leave and unwrap my sandwich to find it was barely (no color) toasted and had NO cheese at all. I’m sorry I didn’t take a picture. It was made of two slices of bread, one slice of ham and their version of scrambled egg – that’s it. Nothing else. For this, I paid $ 3.12. I will not be back.

This is one of the cleaner Carl’s that I’ve been in and that definitely makes it worth going back. A restaurant must be clean or its a deal breaker. Especially a fast-​food joint.
The food is generally pretty good as far as fast-​food goes. Being able to get a burger or a chicken sandwich in a lettuce bun is a nice option. The grilled chicken in a lettuce wrap is good.
My only complaint is that you need to be really careful and have to stay away from some of the featured items otherwise you’ll walk away with 2 days worth of calories and fat. You need to ask for stuff without mayo otherwise you’ll get an artery hardening drenching of the stuff.
They do have one healthy choice done right. They have Coke Zero! Between the Zero and the cleanliness of the restaurant, I’ll be going back.
