This place has new owners as of a couple years ago. The showroom is absolutely beautiful. I could go around the store several times and still see something I missed. The new owners are kind and helpful and they value their customers. I would definitely recommend going here over Home Depot or Lowe’s. There is so much to choose from and they have everything from elegant to exotic.

So, I have these crazy four pin CF bulbs in my kitchen. Seven recessed cans to be exact. The bulbs are NOT cheap. I found this great little shop oddly enough by some employee at H.D. that heard me grumbling under my breath about the price of the bulbs there. So I ran over and was so happy to not only find great prices but what a friggin’ amazing selection! All kinds of cool stuff. Not to mention the staff is very knowledgeable and kind. And on that note I will mention the reason I wanted to write this review today. I have been needing bulbs for a while. I was down to just a few of those bulbs in the kitchen still good and it was getting a little dark and dreary. I looked at the clock and with a three year old in tow I knew I couldn’t make it in time. I was feeling lucky so I decided to call and plead with them to stay open a few minutes late so I could get the lights back up to par in my life. I didn’t have to beg at all! They quickly said «Come on down. We’ll wait for ya.» When I strolled in with the little guy after hours they were polite and welcoming. When it comes to mom and pop shops I like to try to support them over the big box stores as much as possible. This unique shop makes that an easy. Go check them out. Plus there’s a fantastic attached store with an extraordinary selection of fixtures fans and more!

No matter how obscure or unusual, chances are these guys will have the bulb you’re looking for. The staff is nice, knowledgable, an patient, and that makes for great service. Don’t give up till you try here.
