I had a great experience, there was one staff I think her name is Cynthia she was very attentive and very helpful. She is always on task once I get there, will definitely not change locations

Writing to say thank you to Dr. Martel and his staff. Over the last two weeks they have seen my family member three times on a same day basis with no appointment scheduled and performed multiple complicated procedures to save their eyesight. Each time the wait was not long, Dr. Martel was very caring, took time to explain everything, and does not hesitate to act quickly to do what is necessary. On the second appointment which was scheduled at the last minute for 5 pm Dr. Martel came back from an emergency surgery and stayed until 8:45 pm making sure that my relative’s eyesight was preserved. We Had to make several after hours calls and received very fast call backs from the staff. Had several issues with prescriptions and insurance that the staff took care of quickly. The assistants including Victoria were friendly and explained everything. The front office staff was not rude and gave messages to the doctor that were promptly returned, communicated with the pharmacy, and made everything go smoothly. I highly recommend the Martel Eye Medical Group. God Bless and Merry Christmas to Dr. Martel and staff.

My mom went to see doctor Martel and her experience was horrible!!! He is rude, unprofessional. She has glaucoma and cataract and came to get at least the eye drops from glaucoma that another doctor prescribed (her medical insurance changed and she was not able to see her wonderful old doctor). He didnt examined her at all and prescribed her right away glasses stating that its going to help her from cataract, can u imagine such a nonsense !!! He probably think that people are stupid that are coming to his office and has no clue about anything !!! Shame !!!

The doctors I’ve seen here seem nice, once you get back to them, you’re fine but all the other departments are slow, non communicating and seem as if they could not care less about patients. If I didn’t have to go to this place, I would not.

Reception is rude. Lack of proper communication at the front desk. They leave you on hold forever when you call and when you arrive, you wait over an hour.
