The food is great! They catered for a work conference and the set-up crew was amazing. They Really put in the time to make sure everything was set up correctly. I have the GF and vegetarian pasta and cheesy bread! This was an excellent choice.

My company had an event recently and we wanted to do a pasta feed. Noodles & Company was near by so we called them to see what the details would be for them to cater our event. they were able to provide holders for the trays as well as the little heaters to make sure the food stayed warm. they provided plates, utensils and napkins which made the set up very easy and carefree since they had everything in order. We were able to enjoy salad, garlic bread, spaghetti & meatballs, alfredo montamore and whole grain Tuscan Fresca. I had the alfredo montamore and it was absolutely delicious! I went back for seconds! the only critique I do have is that they one brought one bowl of salad dressing and we ran out of that pretty quickly so a lot of people had dry salad or skipped it completely. so I would recommend providing 2 bowls of dressing. other than that the service was incredible and the food was delicious :) thank you noodles & company for making our lunch at our event a great one!

My sister had a gift card to noodle and company. Both her, my husband and myself had never it before. Words to describe our noodle dish… Generic and mono-tasting broken up noodles. Can’t expect much from a chain restaurant. I wish I can’t give it more stars but I would be lying to myself.

The service here is above and beyond what you normally recieve from an establishment of this kind. Brianna has helped us the past two times we have been here and because of the service she has provided we have continued to come back. She is awesome and knows how to treat a customer. If you come here hope you are lucky enough to have her be the one who helps you! Thank you for your hospitality Brianna…

Great food. Enjoyed the ambiance. Served in proper time. And let us free drinks! Floors are little dirty but that can be ignored for the quality noodles!

My fiancé and I literally just finished eating dinner here. Where do I start. We had a not so pleasant visit here tonight. Ordered the Thai hot pot and the Indonesian peanut sauté. Both good dishes but they definitely skimped us on the portions. Literally our bowls were half empty. My bowl had no noodles what so ever and my fiancé’ bowl had only noodles no veggies. On top of that the staff was very unprofessional. We were the only customers there and they were talking loudly across the room from one another. Talking about the bathroom being nasty and having to clean. Very lazy staff if you ask me, the minute we had walked in every table was dirty! This place is rediculous! Better off going to the one on Sunrise Blvd. Bigger portions and a lot cleaner. Steer clear of this location if u can.

I know they only opened recently and probably need some time to smooth thing out, but we had a terrible lunch here today. Food was only warm. My daughter’s portion was teeny(her son’s child menu item was larger), and to make matters worse, between my daughter and my orders, they stopped to prepare a huge online order for 8 – 10 people who were all served before she was. And I was done eating before hers came to the table. I could not even find someone to ask for help with the Luke warm tomato soup. I will give them another try, but today was terrible.

I’ve been here several times since the grand opening. I’m very glad to have this chain restaurant here. On nights were I don’t feel like cooking or I don’t have food at home, this makes for an easy dinner. Doesn’t break the bank and the portions are enough for a meal and leftovers the next day. Service is good and people talk to you with a smile on their face. My favorite dishes are the beef stroganoff and the alfredo montamore. Yum! The ingredients are fresh and each dish is made to order.

I had to update my review and increase my stars. This place has DRASTICALLY improved since my original review. I had hoped that it would. When I first went, they had been open all of two weeks. Now, months later, it seems like they caught their groove. I ordered my meal online, when I came in, it was ready to go and hot(and correct!). Someone was actually there to greet me, take my name, and hand me my food. AND he verified that everything was in there and looked correct before he handed me the bag. They were pleasant behind the counter. And I even went in in the middle of the work week lunch break, when it was packed. Overall, a definite improvement. I hope those who went really early on give it another chance. I think it’s much better now that they’ve been there for a little while.

Went here with my boyfriend and the teenager. I ordered the small Whole Grain Tuscan Fresca and added chicken breast. It was tasty, I enjoyed the flavors, the only issue was the chicken was a little overcooked. My boyfriend ordered the Indonesian Peanut Sauté. It was delicious with just the right amount of heat. I will order that next time I go. The teenager ordered the Steak Stroganoff which she really liked. Very tasty food. The guy that took our order was super nice and the restaurant was very clean. We will be going back here!

Just this visit and this location. No soda, no straws, employees blabbing at the register while you wait… For a new location, they did a piss poor job with hiring. Sad.

Same experience as Claudia’s review. I have been to the Sunrise one 3 times for lunch. I visited this current location to have dinner around 7:45 and the place was very busy. Stood at the counter while we waited for them to serve 3 tables and an online order their food. The dining area was a mess. Garbage all over the floor and dirty tables. Our food was served to us in a reasonable timeframe. I like their food and want to enjoy it again, just value the cleanliness of your restaurant and the time of your customers.

This is pretty awful. Slapped together noodle dishes that are cold and soggy when you get them. I ordered spaghetti without the meatballs and added mushrooms and tomatoes and red onions. I had to wait ~10 minutes before I got my meal. I could tell straight off the bat that the pasta and sauce were cold before I ate, because the Parmesan cheese hadn’t even melted. The noodles were over cooked and the marinara sauce it came with was cheap nasty ragu at its best. I don’t usually complain about the size and quality of the dish, but when you spend ~$ 7:00+ and you get $ 0.30 of noodles and $ 1.00 worth of veg and sauce well, I have to complain. To justify the value here they should drop the meals to $ 3.00 for regular sizes. It’s pretty bad guys. I won’t be coming back here.

The chicken caesar salad and mediterranean salad are VERY small for what we payed for. It’s looks more like an appetizer size.

I’m giving one star because I’ve been there a few times now, and never gotten to eat. :-( The first couple times, it was just a long wait. I don’t hold it against them because if it’s a good place, I expect it to get busy. Unfortunately, 30, 45 minutes is too long when I have an hour lunch break from work. The last time though, was sad. I ordered, and 25 minutes later was told they had run out of pasta. I asked for a refund, and they seemed surprized. They ultimately were pleasant and did refund my money(for the stroganoff and the side I had ordered with it), but I find it rather telling that they ran out of the main thing they sell. I can’t speak to the quality of the food, because I’ve tried three times now and don’t seem to be able to get them to give me any! :-) I’ll give it another try in a few months if they’re still around. I hope they will have fixed up some of the new-restaurant issues they are certainly having.

I understand that the line and wait time for your food will be long considering it just opened, but that’s not what my two stars is for. My two stars are for the food I received today, my first time ever trying noodles & company . Customer service was on point, in fact I was even given a free fountain drink while I waited. I ordered the pad Thai, extra sauce, extra steak, and man was that a regret ! Their steak wasn’t even steak, it tasted like marinated fat pieces, each and every one of them. If you ever had taco bells«steak«then, that’s what to expect here. I’ll definitely be smart and get chicken next time because at least that seems more promising . I’ll give this business another try and will make a final decision then but, for now, just be warned about the steak.

Pretty good. Had the Japanese pan noodles. Nice spice to it and noodles were al dente which made them tasty. Great to have them in this location and brings a nice option for this area. Small salad and it was hard to put the dressing in and shake up with the togo container. The only reason for the 4 stars was the fact that I was greeted by what I assume were the owners of the Green Olive smoking right by the entrance to Noodles. Litterly right next to the door. Gee thanks for that. As well as the cashier not knowing how to spell my name correctly, it is Michael not Micheal

Came here for lunch around 1pm on a Monday and wasn’t busy at all. I’ve had the one I elk Grove and I loved it. After I ordered my plate to go, a gal next to me told me she’s been there for 20MI uses and her to go order hasn’t came out and told me to be prepared to wait a while. After about 15 minuets I got my food they gave me a regular sized instead of a small which I have ordered. And gave me a free rice crispy treat as their apology for taking so long. Food was OKAY. Noodles was a little harder then I liked and it was pretty dry. Flavor and freshness was there, though! 3stars for now, I’ll revisit in a few weeks to see if they gotten better at their service.

Glad to have them in the neighborhood. Good location with nice patio. Friendly staff greeted me at the menu board. The kitchen was very talkative and pushing for orders to be done quickly, nice focus. Had the regular size Bangkok Curry and added tofu. Curry flavor mild but good. Noodles well cooked al dente and twisted on fork. Veges tender crisp, I would prefer slightly more tender. Was more like a noodle salad vs. noodle bowl. I see you can upgrade to more sauce if desired. Also might help if they blend the the final assembly a bit and spin it to a mound for presentation vs. layers.
