This company is top notch when it comes to quality of floors, selection, and excellent customer service. Brandy takes good care of me, and she is very knowledgeable when it comes to carpet, laminate, hardwood and vinyl. Everyone smiles at me when I walk into their showroom and are willing to help with any of my questions. Even the personnel in the warehouse are kind and courteous. I have never been dissatisfied with Prosource and I plan on being a life long customer. This company I highly recommend.

I was referred to this store by my flooring contractor who has an account with them. I was told this flooring company was a little more expensive, but that their products are solid and their customer service is great, which is what I was looking for. While their products may be great, their service was horrible. I requested a quote and was told it would be emailed to me, I had to call to follow up when I didn’t receive the quote. When I emailed follow up questions I never received a response. I ended up finding a different flooring store with the exact same product, about 10% cheaper, quicker delivery, and outstanding customer service.
