Robert s a great guy. Brought in my Ford factory radio. from my super duty. Because it was doing very odd things. going on and off, when it wasn’t even on. low battery signal.etc. I was quoted over the phone 150 – 250. which I thought was fair. I brought him the radio next day. quoted me a price of 150.00. thought that was great. they had it a week. picked it up. payed 150.00 out the door. like I was quoted.(way to do business). I installed it. worked. but the next day. the ghost was back. Best things about these guys. they give a dam. told me to bring the truck. and at NO additional cost made sure it was right. Thanks Robert and gang. working great.

This place is the best radio place I have ever gone to they do a great job of repairing my 2004 Acura MDX nav screen I would highly recommend them. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars because there communication is bad they can definitely improve in that area.

Beyond relieved I found this place! I literally was in tears when I ruined my navigation screen in my brand new Audi by using the leather seat wipes on it… yes beyond stupid! The reflective film was so damaged from the oil I couldn’t see anything. All the Audi blogs were talking about placing the system or how expensive it would be to fix. I called a few places who didn’t seem to know what I was even talking about. I arrived at Radio Medic after 5pm and I think they were even closing, but Fernando said no worries. He popped out the navigation screen and went to town on it getting the remainder of the damaged film off which took some serious work. I don’t have the reflective film anymore, which you don’t really need in the first place, but needless to say it’s absolutely PERFECT! The shop looks great too and I saw some really nice, high end cars getting work done in the large warehouse area. Thank you… thank you… thank you!!!

They got the job done but were not great at communicating. They called us back ONCE even though I called various times and they said they’d call back or have the technician call back each time. Their technician was usually not there and the guy who answered the phone wasn’t professional. He would say stuff like he had no idea when it would be ready, no idea where the technician was, etc. Wow. Besides that, the car radio they were fixing was there for 20, TWENTY, days. I wish they would have at least told us that the part was coming from Japan (funny cuz before my husband went to pick it up he actually said, is it coming via bicycle from Japan or sth?!) and that it could take a while, but no, no warning. Also, they had told us that the radio would be fixed almost a week before it was finally ready… annoying.
Like I said, I’m glad the radio is fully functional now, but they could improve their customer service and communication skills BIG time.

The Bose CD changer in my 2004 Infiniti FX35 recently jammed. A Google search quickly revealed that there was a known design flaw with the unit that would cause the CD changer to fail over time. I tried all of the suggested workarounds (pulling fuses, disconnecting the battery, etc.) without luck. I was faced with an expensive radio replacement until my husband found Radio Medics repair service through ebay. We pulled the radio and CD changer from the car, boxed it up and shipped it out. The guys at Radio Medics provided fantastic service! I got my fully repaired changer back in less than a week. They fixed and re-​calibrated the entire unit. It now works and sounds better than ever. Before the failure, there were several CDs I couldn’t play because the reader would skip on any surface imperfections. Now the unit never skips, sounds great, and loads/​ejects and switches CDs with no problems. I was very pleased with the speed and quality of their work. I would definitely use their service again!

This place is awesome! They replaced a touch screen in a OEM navigation for a IS 250 in 1 and a half hours. They save me 3,800. The dealership quoted 4,100. All it was is a touch screen panel that needed to be replaced instead of the whole navigation system. Great work!

I had the same Infiniti G35 circuit board problem as another reviewer (radio/​AC controls would go dead and AC would kick on and stick full blast). After talking to a dealer service dept, it looked grim and very expensive. These guys rebuilt the circuit board and I was on my way in less than two hours for WAY less than I was expecting to pay. What a huge relief. Very grateful I found this shop.

Came to Radio Metics to get my radio repaired, customer service was horrible, lack of communication. And I believe I over paid, got recommended by a friend and I do not recommend going there.

I’ve been to this place two times now. Same car different issues. I’ve worked with Fernando both times. First time my dashboard lights went out I called Honda and was quoted 300.00 to have it fixed. I show up to radio medics with an appointment it’s fixed in an hour for 150.00 as quoted less than I would of paid anywhere else. My second visit was for a cd jam. I didn’t even bother going anywhere else. Got it fixed today great price great timing. I will remain a customer with all my future cars just for the service the price and efficient timing. THANK YOU!

I took my car to radio medics for of course a radio problem. The first guy took the radio out in just mins and said the car would be ready later on that day and the cost would be around one price. Later on that day I called back to see if the radio was ready it was. I took my car back to get it installed again that went very smooth but the second guy charged me a much higher price than what the first guy told me. I was a bit surprise nothing in writing, no clear estimate, and no call when the work was finished. Over all a good experience but just be aware.

These guys are great. They unfortunately could not fix my issue but they tried a ton of different things and ordered new parts. They didn’t charge me a dime. I will recommend them to anyone with a problem, even though they could not fix mine. Great guys and fast service

I couldn’t hold off writing this review!
My ’03 G35 Coupe had been facing problems with the AC system and radio for many years. Just a few years ago my radio system went dead. And my AC system would be at FULL BLAST every time I started my car. I was either singing to myself or my passengers or loving summer/​hating winter.
I called around different dealerships to get an estimate on how much this would cost to repair. I was going to have to give up an arm an a leg to temporarily fix the problem. And do it all over again till I was limbless. So I did more research and found Radiomedics through the car forum

I called the office and spoke to Fernando and he answered all my questions over the phone on Monday. Today, I drove up from the East Bay and it took me a little over two hours to get here. I was greeted by Fernando when I arrived and he began to work on my car. Two hours later, the years of no music and uncontrollable AC system went away. Plus, I paid way less than buying a new system from the dealership.
I once again have music and a temperature friendly car. I also got a little discount as well to for having a iPhone/​iPod adapter installed for the entire service. Before I went on my way, Fernando showed me how to work the adapter.
If your a G35 owner like myself with this problem I had, come here to get it remedied at WAY BELOW dealership costs. They also work with the majority of car brands. Thank you Fernando and Radiomedics!

These guys are great! Fernando quoted me hundreds less than the dealer. I was very pleased by the professionalism and prompt service. Will use again.

If you have a car radio problem these are the EXPERTS! I have had them repair multiple units in the last couple of years and they never dissapoint. Fast service and reasonable prices, way less then replacing the original head unit.

Rob and Fernando were great. I called them up to see if they could help with 2 discs stuck in my car DVD player. Rob said they could get to it that day. I found their shop, Rob helped me right away, Fernando did the work and it was done in 1 hour. I would recommend these guys. The price was great, I was quoted $ 350 from the Honda dealership, they were far less. I also had coins in my air vents from the kids, they even got those out. The dealer said it would take 8 hours and cost me $ 1,000.
