Ramahi Tile

We have worked with many tile contractors, this was not a good experience. The store’s voicemail often says «mailbox is full» and then it hangs up on you! As a result, you have no clue if their store is open or not, and you cannot leave a message to inquire.
We have spoken to the owner a few times over various tiles we were interested in, he was very abrupt and unpleasant each time. We do not recommend this tile store; there are many other tile stores around with pleasant and professional staff.

This review is a long time past due… In spring 2015 we had a new back yard landscaped with pool, BBQ island, fire pit etc. etc. In that project Ramahi Tile did all the tile work in the pool, stone work on retaining walls and the stone work on our BBQ island. All that was done really great and we liked the results a lot. Fast forward to spring 2016: Our BBQ island top was done in concrete by a different landscaper, and it had so many cracks that all we saw when we were sitting around it were these cracks and the peeling sealer. Finally after having that landscaper out TWICE to fix it (which he couldn’t), we called Mike Ramahi and asked him to take a look and give us an estimate for a total fix of the top, and also to extend the island itself and add a seating wall around our fire pit.
Mike came out a couple of days later, looked it over, and we came up with a plan. According to our plan we extended the BBQ island with 3 feet on each side and added a granite countertop, a couple of new stainless steel drawers, an extra cabinet and a side burner. We also got a seating wall around our fire pit decorated with the same stone work as the BBQ island, and the existing retaining wall and topped off with travertine. Finally we got the same stones around our fire pit.
If we ever have another project in our back yard, we definitely won’t hesitate to call Mike Ramahi. He does an awesome job!!! He takes pride in his work and it shows!

Let me tell you, I looked for contractor after contractor to do our backsplash and shower with natural stone tiles. The quotes were expensive, the work seemed less than professional and the choice of tile was limited.
Then I found Ramahi Tile. The owner of the company is extremely professional and does his best to give you the best price possible. Also the tile he has is varied and if he doesn’t have something you want he will work very hard to get it and at a reasonable price.
