Sarge is extremely knowledgeable and cares about the quality of his work. Having never had Satellite and Direct TV before he was able to guide me through the process and what was needed to meet our needs. I was able to schedule an appointment for the install. He communicated prior to his ETA and was on time. His prices are very reasonable considering he is the only person in Northern California I could locate that would perform installation on site which was a great value as a RV Owner. I highly recommend Sarge.
