Horrible service from Tanya and Rose at ServPro. Would never do service with them again or recommend them for poor work and no follow through. They told us that they would get us a roofing estimate from the roofing company and put a temporary tarp on the roof, and proceeded to cut a big hole inside of our ceiling to dry out the collapsed ceiling. Ten days later, no roofing company or estimate was provided. Tanya told us that the «roof is an entirely different project» handled by the roofing company their company called out and that it’s not related to the work they did inside my home. Excuse me? Why did you do interior work and expect papers to be signed for completion without getting someone out to fix the roof like you said you would?
Not to mention, the temporary tarp failed us only after three days, yet the only contact with us was to force us to sign papers so they could be paid for their faulty services. Terrible customer service and terrible work done.

My experience with servpro was due to water and mold damage that my insurance put into gear.
Came out, very professional and proceded with their work.
Kind of a long procedure due to insurance demands.
As with most people, I felt all should be finished yesterday.
We came to a finish and all is well.
Any small issues I had were handled quickly and professionaly.
I would have them back in the future and would recommend them.

I only have great things to say about my experience with ServPro of RC… they were friendly, attentive and honest. I received previous estimates for water damage that scared me into contacting my insurance company, who referred me to ServPro. I called them and expected ServPro to «take me to the cleaners» knowing I had insurance, but I was pleasantly surprised to find they did NOT agree with the level of damage the previous estimates had lead me to believe. They went out the very next day to do the work… it was such a good experience and a trusting company that I wanted everyone to know that I highly recommend you contact them when needed.
